Project Story
The Jinan Central Business District is located on both sides of Jingshi Road in the eastern Yanshan New Area of Jinan City, adjacent to the Shandong Provincial Museum and the Olympic Sports Center. In 2016, the Central Business District officially launched planning and construction, covering an area of 8.9 square kilometers, with a core area of 3.2 square kilometers and a total construction area of about 10 million square meters, including 8 million square meters above ground and 2 million square meters underground.
The short-term goals of the plan are: regional level professional CBD; The long-term goal is to become the artery node in the national CBD pattern and a national level characteristic business center area. Jinan Central Business District is a new urban center positioned by the provincial government in the 12th Five Year Plan to rely on the government center, Olympic sports center, and cultural and museum area, focusing on building a regional financial center, headquarters gathering center, and regional innovation center.
