Electrolytic Tinplate (ETP) Description
Electrolytic tinplate integrates the advantages of steel and tin. It brings excellent properties of formability and strength, paint-ability and printability, solderability and weldability, corrosion resistance and beautiful appearance. Electrolytic tinplate has been widely used in the electronic industry as a protective and solderable coating for electronic components, wires, printed circuit boards, and integrated circuit blocks due to its excellent corrosion resistance and solderability. Tinplate also has nontoxic and good ductility properties, making it widely used in food, medicine, commodity, instrument and general packaging. Under normal conditions of transport and storage, electrolytic tinplate shall be suitable for surface treatments such as established lacquering and printing operations.
